Dr Halahingano Rohorua is a Research Fellow in the Department of Economics, University of Waikato. Her current research examines labour mobility, fisheries, and tourism in the Pacific Islands. Her recent publications have appeared in World Development, Health Economics, and Asia and the Pacific Policy Studies.
