

Ashley Wong is a postdoctoral fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR) and an Invited Researcher at J-PAL. In August 2023, she will join Tilburg University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics. She holds a PhD from Northwestern University.
Her research focus is in labor economics, gender economics, and development economics with a particular focus on diversity and innovation. She currently has research projects in Ghana, Germany, and the United States.
