Francesca Truffa is a Lazear Liang Postdoctoral Scholar at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an Invited Researcher at J-PAL. In September 2024, she will join the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan as an Assistant Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy. She holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
Her research focuses on labor economics, gender economics, and development economics with a particular interest in topics of diversity and innovation. She currently has research projects in Ghana, Germany, and the United States.
