Firoz Ahmed is a PhD candidate in Economics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He also works as a research associate under the professorship for sustainable economic policy at the TUM campus Straubing. Before starting his PhD, he worked at Khulna University in Bangladesh. His research interests are primarily in the areas of development economics and behavioral economics. His recent research focuses on health, belief and social norms, migration, and environmental issues.
