John Kabeya Kabeya is the head of the tax revenue and tax base division at the Provincial Tax Ministry of the Kasaï-Central Province (DGRKAC). He holds a BA in Business and Finance from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce (ISC Ilebo) and a BA in Management and Finance at the Institut Supérieur d’Études Sociales (ISES Kananga).
