Michael Weber is Senior Economist with the World Bank’s Human Capital Project, working with policymakers and development practitioners around the globe. Michael joined the World Bank in 2008 and has since then worked with numerous low- and middle-income countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, South Asia, East Asia, Europe & Central Asia, and Latin America. Michael holds a PhD in Economics and Master’s Degrees in Economics as well as Commerce.
