Xianqiang Zou is currently an associate professor at the Department of Labor Economics, School of Labor and Human Resources, Renmin University of China. He received Ph.D. from the Department of Economics, School of Business and Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His work focuses on labor economics, development economics. His research has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Journal of Population Economics, and others.
