Patrick Francois is a Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of British Columbia, and an Associate of the Canadian Institute For Advanced Research, and of the CEPR. He works in a variety of areas including development economics, nonprofit enterprises and business cycles and growth. Prior to UBC he held positions at Tilburg, Melbourne and Queen's Universities
