David Dorn
UBS Foundation Professor of Globalization and Labor Markets, University of Zurich
David Dorn holds the UBS Foundation Chair of Globalization and Labor Markets at the University of Zurich. He has previously been an Associate Professor at CEMFI Madrid, a Visiting Professor at Harvard University and a Visiting Scholar at Boston University, MIT and the University of Chicago. He received a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen in 2009. Dorn specializes in areas of labor economics, international trade, economic geography, macroeconomics, and political economy. His current research studies how globalization and technological innovation shape labor markets and society.
