M. Helal Uddin is Director Research of Centre on Integrated Rural Development for Asia and the Pacific (CIRDAP) and a Professor of Economics at the University of Dhaka. Dr. Helal is a PhD Graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, USA. His research interest focuses on the area of agricultural economics, development economics and industrial organization.
