Jian Chu is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at School of Business, Nanjing University. His research interest is about how government regulation, market reform and social ties affect resource allocation and efficiency. Recently, he has focused on several prominent economic phenomena in China, including government auditing and SOE’s corporate governance, margin trading and short selling program and market pricing efficiency, interest rate liberalization and lending relationship, macroprudential policy and systemic risk. His research has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
