Ben is the Director for resource planning at Ascend Analytics. Prior to this he was the manager at RMI's Carbon-Free Electricity Program, supply planning manager at NorthWestern Energy, and was a Senior Economist at the Oregon Public Utility Commission. Ben received his PhD in economics at the University of Oregon and his BA from Claremont McKenna College.
