Xavier Pedrós is an Analyst at the Directorate General for Economic Analysis and Foresight of the Government of Catalonia, and has previously worked as a Senior Economist at the GSMA. He is keen on empirical research across a range of Industrial and Development Economics topics, often involving policy evaluation methods. Xavier holds MSc degrees in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and Université catholique de Louvain, and a BSc in Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
