Alessio Muscarnera is a Research Fellow at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the Tor Vergata University of Rome. His current research focuses on creativity and innovation, intellectual property, and the impact of digitization.
