Arystanbek Omuraliev is former Deputy of General Director, Manager of IT of the OJSC Kyrgyz energy settlement center. He graduated from the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University specialising in "Power distribution systems" specialty. He has experience working at Distribution companies, and is currently a PhD student of the Institute of Energy and Ecocnomics carrying out scientific research on “Smart distribution grids”. He has experience working on the practical direction of usage for various renewable energy technologies. He has scientific publications and international experience, having participated in projects of Michigan and Duke Universities.
