Bibiana Taboada

Bibiana Taboada is member of the Board of Directors at Banco de la República. Formerly she was the Deputy Director for Poverty Reduction at the Department of Social Prosperity, and previously worked for over 10 years at the Inter-American Development Bank. Bibiana has specialized in the design and execution of development projects, management of anti-poverty programs and safety nets, and design and use of targeting strategies for social programs. She has also worked on the implementation of impact evaluations, and in the application of corporate tools for development effectiveness in international finance institutions. Bibiana is an Economist and Master in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes, and holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA-ID) from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
