Brachel Champion is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His research focuses on human capital development of children, specifically long-term impacts of child health programs and social-emotional development within the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. 

He received a PhD in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022, and a BA in Economics from University of Central Florida in 2016
