Carol Propper DBE, CBE is Professor of Economics at Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London. She is a Research Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research, London and IFS and hold an adjunct professorship at the University of Monash, Australia. She is a Past President of the Royal Economic Society.
