

Daniel Metzger is Professor of Finance at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research interests are at the confluence of labour economics and corporate finance, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance. He is also interested in organisational economics and contract theory as they relate to corporate finance.
