Daniel Sturm

Daniel Sturm is a Professor of Economics at LSE and also a Research Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). Prior to joining LSE in 2006 he was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Munich. His research interests are primarily in the areas of international trade, urban economics, economic geography and political economy. His work has been published in a number of academic journals, including the American Economic Review, Econometrica, Quarterly Journal of Economics and Review of Economic Studies. He received his PhD in Economics from LSE in 2001.
