Fernando Ferreira is the C. F. Koo Professor in the Departments of Real Estate and Business Economics and Public Policy at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Fernando’s research investigates a range of topics in the fields of urban economics, real estate, and public economics, such as neighborhood sorting, housing demand and supply, and local provision of public goods.
