Frank Otchere is a Social Policy Specialist at the UNICEF Office of Research at Innocenti, where he has been leading research on the impact of social protection programmes on household and children’s wellbeing, as well as social protection systems. He holds a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and previously worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), a leading think tank based at the University of Ghana.
