

Louise Guillouet is a PhD student in Economics at Columbia University. Her research focuses on the interaction between private-sector growth and other development objectives such as the reduction of inequalities and environmental preservation. She is currently a research fellow at Oxford University's Global Priorities Institute. She earned a Master's degree from the Paris School of Economics in 2016.
