Luis E. Gonzales

Luis E. Gonzales C. has a Master in Public Policy from Harris School at the University of Chicago, with a concentration in Energy, Environment, and Economics. He also has a Master in Applied Macroeconomics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC), Economist from the Bolivian Catholic University. He is the Head of Climate Change, Energy and Environment at Clapes UC, and Professor of the Master of Applied Economics from the Institute of Economics at the PUC, He was advisor and coordinator of Studies of the Ministry of Finance of Chile, and has worked as an economic advisor on climate change issues in Bolivia, Colombia, and Uruguay, being a consultant to the World Bank, IDB, and the United Nations.
