Learning Coordinator, Building Tomorrow
Micheal Ainomugisha is a Learning Coordinator at Builiding Tomorrow an international NGO in Uganda utilizing the Teach at The Right Level methodology to ensure foundational literacy and numeracy for all children in Uganda under a unique learning program Roots to Rise. Building Tomorrow works with community education teams, led by recent Ugandan university graduates who recruit and train Community Education Volunteers. The organization is currently operating in 23 districts and teams deliver foundational literacy and numeracy programs, enroll out-of-school children in school, and support school leadership. Micheal has library of experience in the education space, a BSc. in Statistics from Makerere University and currently pursuing his MSc in Data Science and Analytics at Uganda Christian University. The core of Micheal’s work at Building Tomorrow is to use data and make evidence-based decisions to improving improving learning outcomes for children in Uganda.
