Daniel Bennett

Daniel Bennett is an applied microeconomist at the University of Southern California who studies economic development and global health. His research examines the impact of information on health behavior and the operation of health care markets. He also studies the interaction between poverty and mental health. Dr. Bennett has led or participated in several randomized field experiments in South Asia. He received his Ph.D. in 2008 from Brown University and served on the faculty of the University of Chicago for eight years before joining USC.
