Franziska Meinck is an ESRC Future Research Leader Early Career Research Fellow in the Centre for Evidence-Based Interventions and an Extraordinary Professor at Optentia Research Unit, North-West University, South Africa. Her focus is on risk and protective factors of physical, emotional and sexual child and adolescent abuse in vulnerable populations in sub-Saharan Africa and on the development and testing of global child abuse measures.
