Dr. Weilong Zhang is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and a Fellow at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge. His research primarily investigates the influence of personality traits on individual decision-making processes, including both labor market choices and household dynamics. Dr. Zhang also has a strong interest in evaluating labor market and educational policies. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and previously completed his Master's degree in Economics and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Renmin University of China. Dr. Zhang has an extensive publication record, with articles appearing in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Political Economy, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Labor Economics, Quantitative Economics, and European Economic Review.
