About two-thirds of all children in low- and middle-income countries (LICs and MICs) do not learn to read with comprehension by age 10. In this episode of VoxDevTalks, Rachel Glennerster joins us to discuss her work as part of the Global Education Evidence Advisory Panel (GEEAP) on a new report which outlines cost-effective ways to improve learning. This interdisciplinary research project combined evidence after conducting a systematic search through over 13,000 studies.
