Raji Jayaraman is associate professor of economics at ESMT Berlin and the University of Toronto, and is the academic director of the FUTURE Institute for Sustainable Transformation. Her research in development and labour economics focusses on human capital and labour market outcomes, particularly among women and children. Her work has been published in journals such as the American Economic Review and the Journal of Political Economy.
