

Sarah Kabay
Education Program Director, Innovations for Poverty Action
Sarah Kabay is the Education Program Director at Innovations for Poverty Action. She provides technical support to IPA's Policy and Right-Fit Evidence teams, directs Education Sector initiatives, and serves as an internal PI. She holds a PhD in International Development Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Poverty and Development from Yale University. As a researcher, she focuses on early childhood and basic education. She uses mixed methods and interdisciplinary research approaches and is particularly interested in the integration of qualitative research into randomized evaluations.
