Stephie Fried

Stephie Fried is an assistant professor of economics at Arizona State University and an affiliate of the CESifo research network. Prior to joining ASU, she served as faculty at Carleton College. She earned her PhD in economics from UC San Diego in 2015. Her research focuses on the dynamic and general equilibrium effects of climate change, climate policies, and energy use on the macroeconomy. Her publications appear in academic journals, such as American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics and the Review of Economic Dynamics. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars around the country.
