In this special episode of VoxDevTalks, Jeannie Annan and Caitlin Tulloch discuss the work of the Airbel Impact Lab, the International Rescue Committee’s research and innovation team which designs, tests and scales life-changing solutions for people affected by conflict and disaster across four priority areas: (1) malnutrition in under-five year olds; (2) sexual, reproductive, maternal and new-born health; (3) last-mile education; and (4) climate resilient agriculture. The Airbel Impact Lab was founded to bring in expertise in design, iteration and human-centred behavioural science from the private sector to combine with the IRC’s existing Research and Best Use of Resources teams.
