Veena Srinivasan is a Senior Fellow at the Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE), Bangalore. Veena’s research interests impacts of anthropogenic alterations to watersheds, surface-groundwater connectivity, urban water and lakes, socio-hydrology, and sustainable water management policy and practice. Veena received her PhD from Stanford University’s Emmet Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources (E-IPER). She holds a Masters in Energy and Environmental Studies from Boston University and a B-Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
