Yang-Yang Zhou is an Assistant Professor of Government at Dartmouth College. She studies the political causes and consequences of migration, with a focus on conflict, development, and national identity. Her projects span East Africa, Central Asia, and South America. She received her Ph.D. in Politics from Princeton University in 2019. She co-hosts Scope Conditions, a social science podcast featuring new research by emerging scholars.
