Frédéric Kosmowski
CGIAR Standing Panel on Impact Assessment
Frédéric Kosmowski joined the CGIAR Standing Panel on Impact Assessment in 2014 and led the work on the adoption and impacts of agricultural innovations in Ethiopia and Viet Nam. His research focuses on measurement methods related to agricultural innovations and food security. He started his career at the French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) before moving to Benin, where he studied the linkages between poverty, food security, and climate change with the French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD). He holds a PhD in Quantitative Sociology from Aix-Marseille University.
