Gerald Ipapa is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Economics at the University of Delaware. He holds an MA in International Development from Georgetown University and an MS in Economics and Applied Econometrics from the University of Delaware. He is expected to receive his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Delaware in May 2024. His current research includes studies in Kenya. He studies development economics with a focus on education, health, environment, and labor.
