Joana Cardim Dias is a Senior Researcher at the Education Policy Institute in London. Her research interests include development economics and economics of education. Her current work focuses on how high-quality education can reach vulnerable learners and in particular on the role of the school workforce. She holds a PhD from Nova School of Business and Economics.
