Junko Onishi is a Senior Social Protection Specialist at the World Bank's Social Protection and Labor Global Practice with experience in Conditional Cash Transfers, social assistance program delivery systems, productive inclusion programs, and monitoring and evaluation. Junko holds a BA in Literature from Waseda University, MA in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a PhD in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University.
