Justice Tei Mensah
Economist, World Bank’s Africa Chief Economist Office
Justice is an Economist in the World Bank’s Africa Chief Economist Office. Prior to this, he was an Economist at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). His research and policy work cover issues related to technology, infrastructure, development, and public policy in Africa. Specifically, his recent research focuses on Digitization, Firms, and Infrastructure.
He also manages the Chief Economist of Government (CEoG) Initiative at the World Bank, which is a peer network of chief economic advisors to heads of states and prime ministers in over 40 African countries.
Justice holds a Ph.D in Economics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Ghana, and a BA in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
