Nouhoum Traore
Senior Economist, World Bank
Nouhoum is a senior agriculture economist at the World Bank. Prior to joining the World Bank, Nouhoum worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), and Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA). He holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University, and a B.A./M.A. in Economics from Hunter College. His interests lie in private sector development, rural poverty, trade, and climate change in developing countries.
