

Justine is a Postdoctoral Associate at J-PAL with DigiFI, currently based at MIT. Her research revolves around fiscal capacity and digitization in Sub-Saharan Africa. She obtained her PhD from the Paris School of Economics, prior to that, she worked as an embedded researcher at the Uganda Revenue Authority, and was a visiting scholar at Columbia University.
