Christian Ruckteschler is a development economist and entrepreneur focused on private sector development in Africa. He is Chief Operating Officer at AmaliTech, a social enterprise empowering the next generation of technology leaders in Africa, based in Ghana and Rwanda. Prior to joining AmaliTech, Christian was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and a worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) supporting the knowledge and learning agenda of the IFC-MasterCard Partnership for Financial Inclusion. Christian holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School as well as an MPhil in Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from the University of Oxford.
