Sean Higgins is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. His research combines the fields of development economics and household finance. He primarily studies financial inclusion, focusing on the impact of access to digital financial services for both poor consumers and micro and small enterprises. He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation doctoral dissertation grant and a Fulbright Scholar.
